Celebrating Your Parish

Opening of Catholic Schools Week Mass 11:00 a.m.

Saint Helena School benefits all year long from the prayers and support our parishioners provide. Today we thank our parishioners for their support.  We also celebrate our school and our teachers and thank God for our outstanding academic programs, religious education, and service opportunities rooted in the spirit of Mercy.

Celebrating Your

Community

Thank you to our Home and School for providing Science Shows from the DaVinci Center.

-9:30-10:30- K-2- Mixing Matter

-11:00-12:00- 3-5- Mixing Matter

– 1:15-2:00- 6-8- Shocking Discoveries

Children will make cards for the Whitpain Township Police and Center Square Fire Company.  We are most grateful to them for always watching out for us and keeping us safe.

Tuesday, January 30

Celebrating Your

Students

Today we will celebrate the students by giving them a “Pajama” Dress Down Day and a fun afternoon. Children have the option of purchasing a special breakfast for lunch. 

Teachers will decide on a fun activity for the students to do after lunch. (Movie, Art Project, Science Experiment, etc.)

 Students will also enjoy a night without homework.

Wednesday, January 31

Celebrating the Nation

Children will have a red, white, and blue dress down day.  Children may wear red, white, and blue when they send in a monetary donation to support a special family. Thank you for your generosity.

Today we will celebrate our Nation by thanking the Whitpain Township Police Department and Center Square Fire Company for always taking such good care of us.  The thank you card the students made will be given to the police and the firehouse today.

Thursday, February 1

Celebrating Vocations

-10:30- Kindergarten Play- “It’s a Jungle out There” in the Rec. Center.

-Today, we will celebrate vocations by listening to Father Joe, Father Kyle, and Father Kelly. They will talk with the children about becoming a priest.

-Various Saint Helena Family Open Houses. 

– Last day of  the Book Fair. Thank you, Mrs. Wagner!

Friday, February 2

Celebrating Faculty,

Staff, and Volunteers

–          10:00- Today we will celebrate our Senior Friends by inviting them to join us in the Rec. Center for a show.

–          Various Saint Helena Family Open Houses.

The students have a 12:00 Dismissal today.

The teachers will be celebrated with a special lunch.
