- Please remember that exact change is needed when paying for pretzels, thank you! (0.75 cents)

- Note: Please keep your child’s Math Practice/ Homework workbook home for the school year. When Math Homework is given, please have your child complete the assigned page, rip it out of the book, and send only that completed page back to school in their Tiger Folder.
Homework
Monday, September 14:
- Math: Homework page for Lesson 1.1. Please complete both sides. When both sides are completed, please rip the homework page out of the book and place it inside your child’s Tiger Folder. The math homework should remain in your backpack, so it is not forgotten at school.
- ELA: Study Spelling Words. Spelling Test will be on Friday. The Spelling Words are listed below on this page. It is a good idea to make flash cards of these words. Words to Know are helpful words for First Graders to know. They are listed below as well.
- Religion: Study Week 1 Religion Facts and practice The Sign of the Cross. The Religion Facts can be found on this homework site. Parents, please just read the sentences to your child to remind them what they learned in Religion class. These facts do not need to be memorized. Students will be tested on Religion Facts on Friday.
- Reminders: Please complete and return I am Special and Unique Handout by Wednesday 9/16, we will be sharing them with the class on Friday.
- Reminder: Wear gym uniform tomorrow!
- Reminder: If you haven’t already, please bring in an art smock (can be an oversized t-shirt) and wired headphones with your child’s name labeled. Thank you!
