New Student Registration

Apply for Financial Aid

You will need to create an account to apply for financial aid.  This is for your security as your financial information is kept confidential.

Returning Student Enrollment

Please click here to register RETURNING students to St. Helena School PreK – 8th grade.

  1. Log into factsmgt.com
  2. Click LOG IN
  3. On drop down tab, click ParentsWeb Login
  4. District Code:  shs-pa
  5. Create New ParentsWeb Account

Once you have a log in created, you will update family information.

  1. Click on triple bar on left top screen
  2. Click on family
  3. Use the pencil to update ALL information
  4. Click enter at bottom of screen

Once Family information is correct, you will enroll for 2026-2027.

  1. Click triple bar on left top of screen
  2. Click Apply/Enroll
  3. Enrollment/re-enrollment
  4. Enrollment Packer Status: Open (edit)
  5. Follow steps
