Katie Gundlach, Grade 7, in addition to being a full time student here at SHS, is also a student at the School of Pennsylvania Ballet. Over the summer she participated in a 5-week dance intensive program. Upon completion, she was invited by the school to stay on as a permanent, full-time student. Early in September she auditioned for a role in The Nutcracker. She was selected to be part of the Mice Group in the action-packed battle scene. Katie continues to travel by train 7-days-a-week to Philadelphia for both rehearsals and classes.
